NEW ORLEANS (WGNO<\/a>) \u2014 For the first time ever, the \u201cBiggest Rock Band on Earth\u201d will not only be in America but in the Crescent City.<\/p>\n The global collective, Rockin\u2019 1000, consisting of 1,000 musicians, will be performing together for the concert of their lives, according to officials with New Orleans & Company.<\/p>\n The one-night event is set to take place at the Caesars Superdome on Jan. 31, 2026 and will include guitarists, bassists, drummers, keyboardists. Additionally, a horn section featuring trumpets, saxophones and trombones, will pay tribute to New Orleans.<\/p>\n Oktoberfest opening in New Orleans <\/a><\/p>\n New Orleans & Company officials say the musicians \u201cwill all take the stage together, to unleash a wall of sound in unison, unlike anything the U.S. has ever seen: live, loud, and in perfect sync.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cTo bring Rockin\u20191000 to the United States, the birthplace of rock \u2018n\u2019 roll, is a dream we\u2019ve had for many years.
