NEW ORLEANS (WGNO<\/a>) \u2014 Season 3 of the hit Apple TV+ show, \u201cLoot\u201d starring Maya Rudolph is about to premiere next week.<\/p>\n WGNO\u2019s Kenny Lopez<\/a> chatted with a few of the cast members about the new season and their connections to New Orleans.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/figure>\n \u201cLoot\u201d is worth a lot of laughs! This show follows recently divorced billionaire, Molly Wells played by Maya Rudolph and her friends who run her charitable foundation. Adventures ensue as they help her find her way.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s really exciting to see these characters in environments that you haven\u2019t got them in before,\u201d said Joel Kim Booster who plays Nicholas on \u201cLoot.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIn season 3 it is about finding the balance or re-balancing so the friendship is outweighing the employee relationship and finding out what makes Nicholas happy,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n Lead-proof lizards with lethal levels of lead are roaming New Orleans <\/a><\/p>\n Michaela Jae Rodriguez plays Sofia on \u201cLoot.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI like how she\u2019s opening up a little bit more. I like to see how the other characters rally around her, it\u2019s a testament to what they\u2019ve all built,\u201d Rodriguez said.<\/p>\n Her character, Sofia visited New Orleans in Season 2 of \u201cLoot\u201d when she was dating a jazz player.<\/p>\n \u201cI mean it does carry over a bit,\u201d Rodriguez said.<\/p>\n <\/a> (Courtesy: Apple TV+<\/em>)<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n \u201cLoot\u201d star, Maya Rudolph is no stranger to New Orleans. She gave the Tulane University Commencement speech back in 2015.
