Elisabeth Hasselbeck<\/strong> is calling out Rosie O\u2019Donnell.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Thursday, October 9, Hasselbeck, 48, posted multiple videos on her Instagram Story about her fiery 2007 The View<\/em> fight with O\u2019Donnell, 63, regarding the Iraq War.<\/p>\n

As Globe<\/em> reported earlier this week,<\/a> the former The Rosie Show<\/em> host recently appeared on the Ricki-Lee, Tim & Joel<\/em> podcast<\/a> and said when producers put her and Hasselbeck on a split screen, it made her think the whole situation was a \u201csetup.\u201d<\/p>\n

In Hasselbeck\u2019s Story, she said that she felt the comedian discussed the split screen \u201cin a way that\u2019s personally attacking me and the integrity of our work there and my personal character,\u201d according to Entertainment Weekly.\u00a0<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

As for the origin story behind their argument, the Survivo<\/em>r alum noted that O\u2019Donnell was upset with her after she previously \u201cwent on Fox News and they asked me about it, and I did not defend her comments [regarding the Iraq war] there.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201c[I] went back to The View<\/em> the next day and there was like a bomb going off in the room next to me with music against my walls,\u201d Hasselbeck, who was pregnant at the time, recalled per Entertainment Weekly<\/em>. \u201cShe made my entire morning miserable, fit-throwing, and then we got to the set and she went off.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hasselbeck claimed O\u2019Donnell \u201clost it and threw me into early contractions, but ABC made me call and apologize.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI tried to call you many times and reach out to you after that, Rosie, and you don\u2019t want repair,\u201d Hasselbeck insisted. \u201cI have to go here because you won\u2019t respond.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you want to get together and talk, let\u2019s do it, come over and swim in my pool, come take a couple laps, come back to America and enjoy your nation,\u201d she continued seemingly referring to how O\u2019Donnell now resides in Ireland. \u201cWe can have an open, free dialogue about what we disagree on. I\u2019ll make you dinner \u2014 what do you want to stop the bullying?\u201d<\/p>\n

In her Story, Hasselbeck repeatedly begged O\u2019Donnell<\/a> to \u201cstop lying,\u201d but said she forgives her former co-host regardless.<\/p>\n

\u201cStop the madness, stop the lying and just be free. I just pray God\u2019s fire and glory around you so you can be protected from whatever is holding you back,\u201d Hasselbeck lamented. \u201cIn Jesus\u2019 name I pray the lies held over you are released and that you can feel freedom and real joy without feeling satisfaction from trying to lie about somebody and destroy their character.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
