Legendary KISS rocker Gene Simmons was hospitalized in Malibu this week after he reportedly passed out behind the wheel of his car and crashed along the Pacific Coast Highway.<\/p>\n
The good news is that the 76 year old is \u201crecovering at home,\u201d according to People Magazine.<\/p>\n
NBC4 Los Angeles reported<\/b><\/a> <\/b>that Simmons told deputies that he either passed out or fainted before he hit a parked car. <\/p>\n \u201cGene is fine and back to work already,\u201d a rep for the singer told People. <\/p>\n The outlet reported that the incident occurred in the 2500 block of Pacific Coast Highway just before 1 p.m. Simmons was reportedly taken to the hospital by LA County Fire.<\/p>\n NBC4 reported that Simmons\u2019 SUV \u201ccareened across several lanes of traffic\u201d before hitting the parked car. <\/p>\n Simmons wife told NBC4 that the singer is home and recovering. She also said his doctors had recently changed his medication. <\/p>\n People noted that<\/b><\/a> this comes as KISS is preparing to perform together again for the first time since its retirement tour back in 2023.
