(Note the all black look, spikes, perfectly executed classic goth makeup, and curly red hair!)<\/p>\n While there were a lot of parent shamers in the comment section, shaming Farrah for letting her 16-year-old get a tattoo, there\u2019s something many didn\u2019t consider. The tattoo was done by Nick SL from Orlando, Florida, and in Florida, you can be as young as 16 to get a tattoo, as long as you have parental consent, a notarized consent form, and they\u2019re there for the tattoo.
