It: Welcome to Derry<\/a> isn\u2019t the first time the terrifying monster that haunts the small fictional town from Stephen King<\/a>\u2019s best seller has graced the small screen. But during a New York Comic Con panel on Saturday, the cast and creative team behind the upcoming HBO prequel series revealed how the show will take the horror classic to new places with expanded lore and more terror.<\/p>\n

As part of Saturday\u2019s panel, which featured clips from the upcoming series, It: Welcome to Derry<\/a>\u2019s director and executive producer Andy Muschietti<\/a>, executive producer Barbara Muschietti<\/a> and co-showrunner and executive producers Jason Fuchs<\/a> and Brad Caleb Kane<\/a> were joined on stage by cast members Jovan Adepo<\/a>, Taylour Paige<\/a>, Chris Chalk<\/a>, James Remar<\/a>, Stephen Rider<\/a> and Kimberly Guerrero<\/a>.<\/p>\n
