Family Matters <\/em>star Darius McCrary has reportedly been arrested near the United States and Mexico border on a felony warrant.<\/p>\n TMZ<\/a> <\/em>reports that the 48-year-old actor, best known for playing Eddie Winslow in Family Matters <\/em>from 1989 to 1998, was taken into custody by U.S. Border Patrol on October 9 for an out-of-state felony charge.<\/p>\n The outlet claims that, according to his representative Ann Barlow, the warrant was issued in Michigan after McCrary allegedly missed a court appearance due to unpaid child support.<\/p>\n McCrary is reportedly being held in a San Diego jail.<\/p>\n COMPLEX SHOP:<\/b> Shop the brands you love, anytime and anywhere. Obsess.<\/a><\/p>\n The actor’s latest arrest follows his 2023 detainment<\/a> for failing to pay child support for a second time.<\/p>\n On November 27 of that year, McCarary was arrested on a felony charge of not paying child support. Court docs revealed that he had an outstanding payment due of $52,788.04 as of March 19, 2023.<\/p>\n McCrary inizially pled not guilty at his arraignment, and the judge set his bond conditions at $13,197.01.<\/p>\n In 2015, McCrary was arrested due to a similar charge and had to pay $5,500 in back child support.
