Seltzer said he\u2019s been trying to add Dr. Dog and The Wonder Years since he started booking the festival in 2018. For the Matt Quinn solo set, he said it\u2019ll be one \u201cno one\u2019s ever seen\u201d from the Mt. Joy frontman and will feature SNACKTIME<\/a> acting as his horn section and \u201cPhilly Music Fest alum that are flying up from Nashville to sing.\u201d\n<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s really kind of relaxing and it\u2019s enlightening to kind of get out of the machine that is Mt. Joy and to kind of express himself in an individual capacity,\u201d Seltzer said. \u201cI think it\u2019s really important to give a musician like that the space and the stage to say, \u2018Hey, I\u2019m a human. After having rocked out stages at South by Southwest and the Roots Picnic, the Philly-based singer said she feels \u201cvery fortunate to do so much with my music career in a little amount of time.\u201d\n<\/p>\n \u201cJust highlighting women and what we bring to this city \u2014 what we\u2019re doing, it\u2019s super important,\u201d she said. \u201cEveryone that is on the bill is very unique, very in their own sound, in their own light, and I just honor that.
