The moment he steps onto the property, you can see how much he loves this home,\u201d Molly says. \u201cHe\u2019s eager to share tips, tricks and the little details that make this place run smoothly.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Living only three-quarters of a mile away, in a nearby apartment complex, makes it easy for John to stop by when he is needed, eagerly offering a helping hand for any and all work that needs to be done around the house.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cAny time we have a question, he doesn\u2019t just tell us what to do \u2013 he shows up and walks Paul through it, step by step,\u201d Molly says. \u201cIt truly feels like he\u2019s training Paul to take over a home he poured his heart into.
