Superheroes, Pok\u00e9mon and anthropomorphic pickles collided at Manhattan\u2019s Javits Center this weekend for New York Comic Con 2025. TVLine was on the scene on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, keeping our eyes peeled (and our cameras ready) for quality TV representation on the convention floor.<\/p>\n

And what a range of characters we saw. Some of the more unexpected faces included Eustace and Muriel from Cartoon Network\u2019s Courage the Cowardly Dog<\/em> (all the way from the Middle of Nowhere!), green stripe enthusiast Steve from Nickelodeon\u2019s Blues Clues<\/em>, and a darkly adorable mashup of Pikachu and Venom.<\/p>\n

We were also delighted to spot so many of the usual suspects, including Xena (last name: The Warrior Princess); one of Darth Vader\u2019s many masked minions; and a smorgasbord of superheroes, from Batman and Superman to Hawkeye and Kate Bishop.<\/p>\n

Did we include in a few \u201cmovie\u201d costumes? Sure, but allow us to defend ourselves in advance: There was a Legend of Zelda <\/em>cartoon back in 1989, Beetlejuice <\/em>and Coraline<\/em> are staples of Freeform\u2019s 31 Nights of Halloween, and, you know, who doesn\u2019t love Pee-Wee\u2019s Great Adventure<\/em>?<\/p>\n
