Mark Sanchez<\/a>‘s ex has broken her silence after his recent arrest \u2014 and she says that \u201cnone of this is surprising\u201d to her.<\/p>\nModel Bobby T<\/a>, whose real name is Erin Campaneris, shares an 8-year-old son, named Daniel, with the former NFL player and Fox Sports analyst.<\/p>\n\u201cI am aware of the serious criminal charges currently facing my son’s father, Mark Sanchez,\u201d Bobby began in a statement shared on her Instagram Stories on Sunday, Oct. 12. \u201cMy foremost priority has always been, and remains, our eight year old son, Daniel. She went on to say that she was unsurprised by the news of the recent charges against her ex.<\/p>\n
\u201cNow that everything is out in the open, my focus hasn’t changed. I have always been concerned for [Daniel\u2019s] safety and for what he is exposed to. Sadly, none of this is surprising to me,” she wrote.<\/p>\n
Bobby continued, \u201cLike everyone else, I learned of the horrific event through a news alert on my phone while sitting next to Daniel. I still know only what is publicly available. My thoughts and empathy are with the victim and everyone affected by this devastating event. “Detectives believe this was an isolated incident between the two men and not a random act of violence,” the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) said at the time.<\/p>\n
Sanchez has been charged with one felony<\/a> (battery resulting in serious bodily injury) and three misdemeanors (battery resulting in bodily injury, unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and public intoxication that endangers the life of another).<\/p>\nIndianapolis outlet Fox 59<\/a> reported that Sanchez was booked into the Marion County Jail.<\/p>\nPEOPLE reached out to Sanchez\u2019s attorney for comment on Sunday, but did not receive an immediate response.<\/p>\n
