Diane Keaton’s grieving 25-year-old son, Duke, has been spotted for the first time since his mother’s death<\/a> as he left the late star’s home in Los Angeles<\/a> on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Duke sported an all-black ensemble as he mourned the loss of the Hollywood<\/a> icon who adopted him as a baby. While his outfit was nothing out of the ordinary, Duke found a touching way to pay tribute to his Oscar-winning mom by wearing two cross necklaces – a look made famous by Diane.<\/p>\n

She was renowned for her eccentric fashion sense, which often included wearing multiple pieces of jewelry along with her signature hats. The sighting comes after Al Pacino revealed his biggest regret regarding Diane following her death.<\/a><\/p>\n

Diane was 55 when she adopted Duke in 2001 and 50 when she adopted her now 29-year-old daughter, Dexter, in 1996.<\/p>\n

Speaking to PEOPLE in 2007 about her adopted children, Diane revealed, “They have no interest in what I do, which I think is very healthy.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

After the news broke of Diane’s passing, condolences streamed in from some of her A-list colleagues. The likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Jane Fonda, Reese Witherspoon, Sarah Jessica Parker, Goldie Hawn, Kate Hudson, Viola Davis, Bette Midler, Francis Ford Coppola and Rita Wilson were among the many to speak out.<\/p>\n

“I saw her two or three weeks ago, and she was very thin. She had lost so much weight,” Carole Bayer Sager – who wrote Keaton’s debut single First Christmas – told People\u00a0<\/a>on Sunday.<\/p>\n

She continued, “She had to go to Palm Springs because her house had been damaged inside, and they had to clean everything. She was down there for a while, and when she came back, I was kind of stunned by how much weight she’d lost.”<\/p>\n

Diane was all smiles beside her beloved Golden Retriever, Reggie, in her final Instagram post, which she shared with her millions of fans on April 11 in honor of National Pet Day.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
