In a fitting tribute to the late Diane Keaton<\/a>, AMC Theatres<\/a> is bringing back Annie Hall and Something\u2019s Gotta Give<\/a> to 100 cinemas across the U.S., The Hollywood Reporter<\/a> has learned.<\/p>\n

Keaton<\/a> died unexpectedly on Oct. 11 at her home in Los Angeles at age 79, less than a month after Robert Redford<\/a>\u2018s passing. As THR wrote in a critic\u2019s appreciation, their deaths represent \u201canother stinging loss to the pantheon of New Hollywood in the decades before the major studios largely stepped away from making movies for grownups.\u201d<\/p>\n

Annie Hall was the result of Keaton\u2019s long-time collaboration with the now-canceled filmmaker Woody Allen<\/a>, both when they were romantically involved and after. The movies she made with him are considered some of her most acclaimed work, with Keaton winning the Oscar for best actress for her titular performance in Annie Hall.<\/p>\n
