It seems someone took the \u201cTeenage Dream\u201d lyric, \u201cI\u2019ma get your heart racing in my skin-tight jeans,\u201d a little too seriously.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Over the weekend, the <\/span>Daily Mail<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>People obtained and published photos<\/span><\/a> of <\/span>Katy Perry<\/span><\/a> and former Canadian Prime Minister <\/span>Justin Trudeau<\/span><\/a> making out on a yacht off the coast of Santa Barbara, California.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

celebrity.land has reached out to both Perry and Trudeau for comment, but did not receive an immediate response.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Regardless, a quick gander at the photos makes it clear that baby, there are fireworks between the two. So much so that in one photo, the politician can be seen grabbing the pop star\u2019s butt.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

And although the pairing is seemingly random \u2014 with one X user summing it up for everyone by saying a romance between the two \u201c<\/span>wasn\u2019t on my 2025 bingo card<\/span><\/a>\u201d \u2014 there\u2019s one aspect of the photos that makes the whole thing even weirder. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

While the \u201cDark Horse\u201d singer is sporting a black one-piece bathing suit, Trudeau opted to go shirtless with a pair of jeans\u2026 on a boat.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Many users on X were perplexed by his choice of nautical attire.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Rumors have been <\/span>swirling about Perry and Trudeau since July<\/span><\/a>, when the two were spotted going to a Montreal restaurant called <\/span>Le Violon,<\/span><\/a> according to TMZ.<\/span><\/a> That same month, Trudeau was also spotted at one of <\/span>Perry\u2019s concerts in Montreal<\/span><\/a> singing along as she performed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cThey are interested in each other, but it will take a while to see where this goes,\u201d a Canadian source told People in August. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Another source, however, indicated to People at the time that it wasn\u2019t that serious.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
