It’s hard to believe the great Heath Ledger<\/strong> died more than 15 years ago.<\/p>\n And now, one of his exes, Heather Graham<\/strong>, is speaking out about the late Oscar winner, who passed away in 2008 at age 28.<\/p>\n Graham, 55, joined Kristin Davis<\/strong>‘ Are You a Charlotte?<\/em> podcast,<\/a> where the host, 60, asked about her past romance with the Australian actor \u2014 since Davis has an anecdote that directly relates to the past relationship, as Us Weekly<\/em> noted<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI think I was at a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, possibly on Sunset Blvd., and I think you were there,” Kristin told Graham in the podcast episode published on Monday, Oct. 13. “And I think you were there with Heath Ledger.”<\/p>\n \u201cYes, I dated him,” Graham replies. “I think we might\u2019ve watched [your show Sex and the City<\/em>] together, and I think he actually really liked it.\u201d<\/p>\n The Boogie Nights<\/em> actress adds that she is “proud” that she dated him, saying, “I was very in love with him when we dated. He\u2019s kinda amazing.”<\/p>\n Graham continues, “I wish he was still alive. That would be nice. Some of these really bright lights don\u2019t get to live so long.\u201d<\/p>\n Ledger and Graham dated between 2000 and 2001 after reportedly meeting in Prague, Us Weekly<\/em> reports, when Ledger was filming A Knight\u2019s Tale<\/em> and Graham was shooting From Hell<\/em>.<\/p>\n Speaking of Ledger’s 2001 movie, his tragic death is one reason A Knight’s Tale<\/em> co-star Paul Bettany<\/strong> can’t rewatch the film<\/a>, as he recently revealed during this year’s L.A. Comic Con.<\/p>\n Ledger tragically died of an accidental drug overdose after starring in an impressive number of roles, ranging from the \u201990s rom-com 10 Things I Hate About You<\/em> to the intimate and award-winning Brokeback Mountain<\/em>.<\/p>\n His untimely death followed a harsh downward spiral in his personal life.
