In the latest episode of New Heights<\/em>, he and his brother Jason Kelce detailed their definition of cheat meals, or in their case, \u201cFat Guy Fridays.\u201d<\/p>\n Along with their new guest, Dwayne \u201cThe Rock\u201d Johnson, the trio discussed what indulgence and balance mean in terms of food, fitness and sports.<\/p>\n The retired NFL player asked The Smashing Machine<\/em> star about his “ridiculous cheat meals” which he posts on his Instagram.<\/p>\n According to him, it\u2019s not just for social media, but he \u201ctries to eat everything he can\u201d.<\/p>\n As for The Rock, he asked the siblings about the \u201cFat Guy Fridays\u201d shenanigan.<\/p>\n Jason Kelce revealed loading on chicken wings with as many as he could put on a plate, blue cheese, pizza and finishing it off with ice cream.<\/p>\n While the former Philadelphia Eagles star ate like a Viking, the veteran tight end was more on the mindful-eating side.<\/p>\n Travis Kelce shared that getting donuts is the go-to treat for the quarterbacks and he would happily devour \u201ctwo nice fluffy glazed donuts\u201d before their practice.<\/p>\n \u201cOnce practice ends, I usually just grab some barbecue throughout the week,\u201d he said, adding, \u201cI’m pretty set in stone.\u201d<\/p>\n However, his diet changed when he met the pop star whose hobby is baking.<\/p>\n \u201cI will say it has gone up a level since Taylor has come into the picture because she loves to bake,\u201d the Chiefs star shared. \u201cShe got sourdough, Pop-Tarts and sourdough cookies. It goes on and on. She loves to make cinnamon rolls.\u201d<\/p>\n With Travis Kelce\u2019s revelation, fans in the comment section are eagerly calling on the \u201cBad Blood\u201d hitmaker to share her recipes.<\/p>\n \u201cTrav, can you tell Taylor we would LOVE a cookbook from her!!
