During the episode, co-host Monica Padman opened up about her experience of freezing eggs. She asked Aniston about her decision regarding having children, leading to an interesting answer.<\/p>\n According to PEOPLE<\/a>, on the \u201cArmchair Expert\u201d podcast, Jennifer Aniston was asked if she has found \u201cpeace\u201d after not having kids. To which she answered, \u201cIt\u2019s so peaceful. But I will say there\u2019s a point where it\u2019s like out of my control.\u201d The 56-year-old added, \u201cThere\u2019s literally nothing I can do about it.\u201d \u201cThe Morning Show\u201d actor continued, \u201cWhen people say, \u2018But you can adopt,\u2019 I don\u2019t want to adopt.\u201d<\/p>\n She said she wants her \u201cown DNA in a little person.\u201d Aniston also noted, \u201cThat\u2019s the only way, selfish or not, whatever that is, I\u2019ve wanted it.\u201d Moreover, the actor shared she had moments where she met someone and felt they \u201cwould have made some good kids.\u201d Nevertheless, she mentioned that this feeling would \u201cpass within three seconds.\u201d Aniston added that it\u2019s something one will romanticize being \u201con the other side of it,\u201d as \u201cit\u2019s out of your control.\u201d<\/p>\n Aniston further explained, \u201cIt just wasn\u2019t in the plan, whatever the plan was.\u201d She stated, \u201cIt\u2019s very emotional, especially in the moment when they say \u2018that\u2019s it,\u2019 because there is a weird moment when that happens.\u201d Recently, the seasoned actor slammed<\/a> rumors of not having kids due to her career.<\/p>\n She told Harper\u2019s Bazaar UK<\/a>, \u201cThey didn\u2019t know my story, or what I\u2019d been going through over the past 20 years to try to pursue a family.\u201d She shared that this is because she doesn\u2019t \u201cgo out there\u201d and share about her medical woes since it\u2019s \u201cnot anybody\u2019s business.\u201d Aniston expressed, \u201cBut there comes a point when you can\u2019t not hear it \u2013 the narrative about how I won\u2019t have a baby, won\u2019t have a family, because I\u2019m selfish, a workaholic.\u201d The actor continued, \u201cIt does affect me \u2013 I\u2019m just a human being.
