Meow Wolf Houston, the surreal and artistic playground in Fifth Ward<\/a>, is once again turning up\u00a0the volume on local artists with the “Phenomenomaly” performance series.<\/p>\n The new program, announced exclusively by the Chronicle, will transform Houston’s “Radio Tave” exhibition into a “living stage.” And what does that mean, exactly? Nov. 28-30.<\/p>\n Hot City Brass Band: <\/strong>A Houston twist on the classic New Orleans sound. Dec. 5-7.<\/p>\n Hopera: <\/strong>A Houston opera company that breaks down the formal barriers of classical music by staging high-quality, casual performances in local craft breweries and community spaces. Dec. 12-14.<\/p>\n Mariachi\u00a0Oro de mi Tierra: <\/strong>Houston mariachi group that has\u00a0performed throughout the city. Dec. 19-21.<\/p>\n Break\u00a0Methodz\/Venom Entertainment:<\/strong> Breakdance collective led by B-Boy Venum. Dec.\u00a026\u201328.<\/p>\n The Mighty\u00a0Orq:<\/strong> Orq is a staple of the Houston music scene who combines\u00a0blues, folk and rock. Dec. 31-Jan. 4.<\/p>\n Meow Wolf Houston opened on Halloween 2024 and features works from more than 100 artists, many from Texas.\u00a0Cowboix Hevvven is a full-service bar and restaurant within Meow Wolf Houston.<\/p>\n
