Originally from Baltimore, Scott Seiss is a comedian, actor, writer, and, of course, former customer service employee. He\u2019s best known for his viral \u201cAngry Retail Guy\u201d sketches, which have garnered millions of views online.
He starred in the Universal feature Cocaine Bear<\/em> directed by Elizabeth Banks, as well as the romantic comedy Shortcomings<\/em> directed by Randall Park.
In 2024, he released his debut humor book The Customer Is Always Wrong: An Unhinged Guide To Everything That Sucks About Work From An Angry Retail Guy<\/em>, but obviously that title doesn\u2019t apply to the people who read it.<\/p>\n

Scott has headlined comedy clubs across the country, and he was also featured in JokeNite<\/em>, a stand up comedy show produced by Trevor Noah inside the video game phenomenon Fortnite<\/em>.
