(WTVO) \u2014 Hard Rock Casino Rockford announced both Boy George &amp; Culture Club and comedian\/actor Marlon Wayans are set to perform early next year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Marlon Wayans, currently seen in the theatrical horror film \u201cHim,\u201d will take the Hard Rock Live stage on Friday, February 13th.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Wayans is best known for roles in films such as the \u201cScary Movie\u201d series, \u201cWhite Chicks,\u201d and \u201cRequiem for a Dream.\u201d He launched his career on the FOX TV show \u201cIn Living Color\u201d alongside his siblings Damon, Keenan-Ivory, and Shawn. The family later co-starred in the hit sitcom The Wayans Bros.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">New wave group Culture Club with original lead singer Boy George will perform on Sunday, March 8th.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The musical group racked up 7 Top Ten hits in the UK in the early 1980s, starting wtih \u201cKarma Chameleon,\u201d and gained noteriety for its cross-dressing lead singer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Culture Club also produced hits such as \u201cDo You Really Want to Hurt Me\u201d and \u201cMiss Me Blind.\u201d George covered Dave Berry\u2019s \u201cThe Crying Game,\u201d which was featured in the Academy Award nominated film of the same name.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Tickets for both acts go on sale October 17th at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster and the Hard Rock Live box office.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><i>Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc.
