Sony Pictures<\/a> is opening Mandalay Pictures\u2019 new action movie Archangel<\/a> starring Jim Caviezel<\/a>, Olivia Thirlby<\/a>, Garret Dillahunt<\/a> and Shea Whigham<\/a> on Nov. 6, 2026. This is the first we\u2019re hearing about the project, particularly with Sony<\/a>\u2019s attachment. Plot details are under wraps.<\/p>\n

Will Eubank directs from a script by Chris Papasadero<\/a> and Oscar nominee Randall Wallace<\/a>. Pic is produced by David Zelon<\/a> and William Sherak<\/a>. Peter Guber<\/a> is executive producing.<\/p>\n

Eubank recently directed Land Of Bad<\/a> starring Liam Hemsworth<\/a> and Russell Crowe<\/a> and Underwater<\/a> starring Kristen Stewart<\/a>. His first feature, Love, was a breakout success, playing at numerous film festivals and won the Santa Barbara International Film Festival\u2019s \u201cBest of the Fest\u201d award. The filmmaker is repped by CAA<\/a>, Anonymous Content<\/a>, and Johnson Shapiro Slewett & Kole Llp (Jssk).<\/p>\n
