Erika Jayne<\/strong><\/a><\/span> is opening up about her private romance<\/span><\/a> with John \u201cShrek\u201d McPhee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy life is really nice,\u201d Jayne, 54, shared on the Sunday, October 12, episode of iHeartRadio\u2019s \u201cDiamonds in the Rough<\/span><\/a>\u201d podcast. \u201cI was in Panama last week, and I received some stem cells at this incredible clinic called Origins, and they\u2019re doing some incredible work there. It was probably one of the best trips I\u2019ve ever had in my entire life. John and I went.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/i><\/span><\/a> star revealed to cohost Teddi Mellencamp<\/strong> that she was able to have a \u201creally nice trip\u201d with her boyfriend. And yes, this vacation included plenty of romantic moments too.<\/p>\n

\u201cDates and dinners and holding hands and walking around the old city of Panama, and it was so lovely,\u201d Jayne explained. \u201cI was able to be and just sort of clear my mind, and I was really happy there.\u201d<\/p>\n

The trip far away from Beverly Hills left Jayne asking some questions about the future of her life and where things could be headed next.<\/p>\n

\u201cAm I doing all I can do around here? I don\u2019t know. I think the next chapter of my life is really up for grabs,\u201d she explained. \u201cI just don\u2019t know what\u2019s coming. And sometimes that\u2019s OK. \u2026 I want inner peace. I want peace after these last five years.\u201d<\/p>\n

Back in July, Jayne was photographed<\/span><\/a> holding hands with McPhee. The pair have yet to walk a red carpet together or go Instagram official.<\/p>\n

Jayne, who separated from estranged husband<\/span><\/a> Tom Girardi<\/strong> in 2020, previously revealed that she met McPhee with help from fellow reality star Heidi Montag<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI saw him backstage with Heidi in London just randomly,\u201d she previously revealed on a July episode of the \u201cDiamonds in the Rough\u201d podcast. \u201cIt was random because [Heidi] went on, and then I went on after her. I thought, \u2018That\u2019s the guy from the podcast. I\u2019m gonna walk up and say hello.\u2019 I introduced myself, and I was, like, \u2018Hey, my name is Erika, and I\u2019ve seen you on a couple of podcasts. I\u2019m a fan.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Fast-forward to today, and the pair aren\u2019t just going on vacations together. They are also coparenting a 3-year-old dog named Rick.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have this gorgeous Belgian mal. He\u2019s a trained boy. He\u2019s currently at my house,\u201d Jayne shared on her latest podcast. \u201cLook at my life \u2014 cooking and dog things and vacations. Who am I? I\u2019m living a normal life.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Mellencamp, 44, questioned her cohosts use of the word \u201cwe,\u201d Jayne made it clear that she is very hands-on with the dog.<\/p>\n
