Peacock<\/a> has already ordered a second season of an upcoming anthology series that\u2019s yet to premiere, setting the stage for new stories.<\/p>\n According to a new report from Variety, Peacock is already working on a second season of its Devil in Disguise<\/strong><\/a> series, a crime drama anthology series from executive producer Patrick Macmanus who\u2019s first season follows the story of John Wayne Gacy.<\/p>\n Variety\u2019s report notes that, ahead of the show\u2019s debut on October 16, 2025, Peacock is working with Macmanus on a second season, which would focus on the \u201cNight Stalker,\u201d also known as Richard Ramirez. Ramirez was active between 1984 and 1985 in Los Angeles and Southern California, and was captured in August 1985. Ramirez died in 2013, while serving his prison sentence on death row.<\/p>\n Should the second season come to fruition, Macmanus would serve as showrunner for the second season. Little else is known about the project as of now, however.
