Newly launched distributor Row K Entertainment has announced 2026 release dates for its latest round of fall film festival pick-ups including Gus Van Sant\u2019s\u00a0Dead Man\u2019s Wire, Maude Apatow\u2019s feature directorial debut\u00a0Poetic License, Jaume Collet-Serra\u2019s action thriller\u00a0Cliffhanger\u00a0and Tom Dean and Marc Eldridge\u2019s\u00a0Charlie Harper.<\/p>\n
Dead Man\u2019s Wire before its Jan. 9 limited release and Jan. 16, 2026 wide release will get an Oscar qualifying run on Dec. 12. Movie follows the true story of the 1977 kidnapping that turned aspiring Indianapolis entrepreneur Tony Kiritsis into an eccentric outlaw folk hero. Pic stars Bill Skarsg\u00e5rd, Dacre Montgomery, Cary Elwes, Myha\u2019la, Colman Domingo, and Al Pacino.<\/p>\n

The film follows Ray Cooper, a seasoned mountaineer who runs a luxury chalet in the Dolomites with his daughter. When a weekend excursion with a billionaire\u2019s son turns violent, they are targeted by a group of kidnappers. As the attack unfolds, Ray\u2019s daughter, Naomi, still haunted by a tragic climbing accident, escapes into the mountains and must fight for survival against both nature and her pursuers.<\/p>\n Charlie Harper will open on Sept. 25. Starring Nick Robinson and Emilia Jones, the film follows Charlie and Harper, two young adults whose relationship unfolds across the shifting terrain of their early twenties as they navigate the exhilaration and uncertainty of growing up together \u2013 and apart.<\/p>\n Row K is a U.S. theatrical distribution company from Media Capital Technologies (\u201cMCT\u201d).
