Newly formed global entertainment company Radial Entertainment has acquired the rights to distribute Conan O\u2019Brien\u2019s late night talk show \u201cConan\u201d across its on-demand channels. <\/p>\n

Jeff Peisch, Senior Vice President of Programming at Radial, announced the deal at MIPCOM in Cannes on Wednesday. The deal will grant the company exclusive SVOD, AVOD, EST, TVOD, CVOD and Diginet rights in the U.S. for all 11 seasons of the TBS series.<\/p>\n

\u201cConan O\u2019Brien is widely regarded as one of the most original and enduring figures in American comedy,\u201d Peisch said. \u201cHis influence has shaped modern comedy, and his work continues to resonate with audiences across generations. We are excited to continue his extraordinary late-night legacy by allowing fans to watch his decade-long series on streaming platforms.\u201d<\/p>\n

O\u2019Brien hosted the series alongside his sidekick Andy Richter, blending his signature kooky humor with celebrity interviews, current events and pop culture. Jeff Ross executive produced \u201cConan,\u201d which ran from 2010 to 2021.<\/p>\n

The show also inspired the spinoff series \u201cConan Without Borders,\u201d which currently streams along with \u201cConan O\u2019Brien Must Go\u201d on HBO Max.<\/p>\n

The new deal was negotiated by Peisch and Bruce David Eisen of Eisen Law for Radial Entertainment.<\/p>\n

FilmRise and Shout! Studios were merged to form Radial Entertainment in July after being acquired by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management. Radial will house one of the largest independent catalogs in the industry, with 70,000 movies and TV episodes. \u201cConan\u201d will join Radial\u2019s slate of entertainment titles, including \u201cThe Dick Van Dyke Show,\u201d \u201cThe Carol Burnet Show,\u201d \u201cHell\u2019s Kitchen\u201d and \u201cRambo.\u201d<\/p>\n
