Dancing With the Stars returned with Dylan Efron and his professional partner Daniella Karagach delivering a stunning contemporary routine.<\/p>\n
The reality television personality and digital content creator delivered a show-stopping performance during Dedication Night, paying homage to his acclaimed older brother, Zac Efron.<\/p>\n
Dylan, 33, danced to Rewrite the Stars – the hit song performed by his brother Zac alongside Zendaya in the blockbuster musical The Greatest Showman.<\/p>\n
The emotional routine was dedicated to the brothers’ five year old half-sister, Olivia.<\/p>\n
In a pre-performance segment, he explained: “I wasn’t expecting to be a big brother. But immediately I was inseparable from her. She’s everything to me. I want to show her to live her life with confidence.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
He also honored his brother Zac, 37, declaring he has “always taken care of me and he did things that were so selfless, I want to be that to Olivia”.<\/p>\n
Born Nicholas Dylan Harrison Efron, the California<\/a> native was named after legendary musician Bob Dylan.<\/p>\n While he’s now established as a television figure and producer, the star actually completed his bachelor of science degree in economics at university.<\/p>\n Working as a production coordinator, he has contributed to major films including Ready Player One and American Sniper. He additionally served as a producer on his brother’s hit series, Down to Earth with Zac Efron.<\/p>\n In 2024, he participated in the American edition of The Traitors, emerging victorious as a Faithful.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Dylan Efron is romantically involved with Courtney King, and the star revealed how Dancing with the Stars<\/a> was impacting their relationship. On the Viall Files podcast, he admitted: “I would be lying if [I said] Dancing With the Stars<\/a> wasn’t tough, but I think it’s tougher on Courtney than me.”<\/p>\n He also revealed that he is currently residing outside of their Manhattan Beach home, closer to the studio.<\/p>\n Dylan and King have been acquainted since high school, but he didn’t publicly acknowledge their relationship until March.<\/p>\n “It’s cool because she’s actually not on social media and she works a 40-hour week job,” he shared.<\/p>\n “It’s not like I’m hiding her from the world or anything. She understands the job, all the stuff. She doesn’t really like being on camera.”<\/p>\n He further confessed that he is looking forward to the “next chapter” and “definitely” wants children.<\/p>\n
