Fire Country<\/em> Season 4 will look a lot different for Bode (Max Thieriot<\/strong>) after losing his father, Vince (Billy Burke<\/strong>).<\/a><\/p>\n As Parade<\/a><\/em> reported, the trailer for the upcoming season confirmed rumors that Burke was leaving the show, spoiling the Season 3 cliffhanger. When he lost his sister Riley, it sent Bode spiraling down a path of addiction.<\/p>\n “There\u2019s so many different states of grief, and each person, those stages look a little different, especially for somebody who is a recovering addict,” the Fire County<\/em> boss shared.<\/p>\n Bode has come a long way since then, but his way of coping with life has remained largely the same. In the wake of losing Vince, Bode continues to put on a brave face while internalizing every single move he makes.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s battling with himself over trying to be the man that his mom needs him to be and that the station needs him to be and his community needs him to be, while inside, there\u2019s a little boy in there that\u2019s really hurt and is really crying inside,\u201d Thieriot told the outlet.<\/p>\n Fire Country<\/a><\/em> fans can expect Bode to reach his breaking point amid his grief. Gabriela\u2019s exit only further adds to Bode\u2019s grief and loss.<\/p>\n Despite Gabriela leaving, Bode will have plenty of people to lean on. Thanks to the trailer, though, Fire Country <\/em>fans know Jake (Jordan Calloway<\/strong>) may not be one of them.<\/p>\n Tension mounts between the two best friends after Jake takes drastic measures to keep Bode from running back into the memory care facility to help Vince, Sharon (Diane Farr)<\/strong>, and Walter (Jeff Fahey<\/strong>).
