It\u2019s not prime \u201cbeach weather\u201d in mid-October, but that didn\u2019t stop the cast of the Netflix series \u201cThe Four Seasons<\/a>\u201d from taking to the sand in New Jersey.<\/p>\n

Stars of the show including Tina Fey<\/a>, Oscar nominee Colman Domingo<\/a> and Marco Calvani<\/a> sat in beach chairs for scenes that filmed in Ocean Grove Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Production on the second season of the series set up camp on the beach with a sprawling crew.<\/p>\n

Fey co-created the show, which debuted in May with eight episodes<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Four Seasons\u201d doesn\u2019t have anything to do with the New Jersey music group and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame band fronted by Frankie Valli<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But it is based on longtime New Jersey resident<\/a> Alan Alda<\/a>\u2018s Golden Globe-nominated 1981 movie<\/a> of the same name starring Alda, Carol Burnett, Rita Moreno, Sandy Dennis, Len Cariou, Bess Armstrong and Jack Weston.<\/p>\n
