Aaron, 53, makes the shocking claims in a recently filed written declaration obtained by Page Six<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am out of money and financially desperate,\u201d he says. \u201cI am about to be evicted from the residence in which I am living. My utilities (water, power, gas) have all been turned off already.\u201d<\/p>\n

The onetime health guru \u2014 who stated in his divorce petition that he\u2019s had no income since late 2024 after closing his wellness company, Quantum 360 Club \u2014 shares that he\u2019s at risk of being kicked out of his crib in Calabasas, Calif., because of unpaid rent.<\/p>\n

Aaron insists that Denise is on the hook for half of the property\u2019s $120,000 in back rent because her name is on the lease and she left behind her 15 rescue dogs and a \u201csubstantial amount of personal belongings\u201d after moving out.<\/p>\n

The former actor asserts that since he helped Denise create content for her profitable OnlyFans account, he has a right to part of the dough.<\/p>\n

In 2022, Denise shared on SiriusXM\u2019s Jeff Lewis Live<\/em><\/a> that her OnlyFans had \u201csexier\u201d images than her Instagram account and gushed, \u201cAaron takes a lot of my content for me. He knows what guys like.\u201d<\/p>\n
