Online<\/a><\/p>\n Pasha Pashkov<\/strong> is meeting his critics head-on.<\/strong><\/p>\n The Dancing With the Stars<\/em><\/a> pro\u2014who’s partnered with Boy Meets World<\/em> alum Danielle Fishel<\/a> <\/strong>on the ABC competition’s 34th season\u2014said he was “not happy” to hear judge Carrie Ann Inaba<\/strong><\/a>‘s criticism of their routine during Oct. 14’s Dedication Night episode.<\/p>\n “Some of your dances are starting to feel like I\u2019m watching the same dance over and over again,\u201d Carrie Ann told the duo, whose jive number paid tribute to Danielle’s former costar William Daniels<\/strong><\/a>. \u201cTry to give a little bit more variety as far as dynamics. This is also on you, Pasha.”<\/p>\n Well, Pasha thinks that comment was “unfair.”<\/p>\n “Especially being that she said that the dances looked similar,” he told Variety<\/em><\/a> in an interview published Oct. 15. “The thing is, we did have a quickstep and we had a jive this week. These are two dances that [are] very, very similar.”<\/p>\n The 39-year-old continued, \u201cIf we had dances that were drastically different and they felt the same, I\u2019d understand. But, based on the dances that we had, that did not feel like it made sense to me. In my heart.”<\/p>\n Pasha said he’s especially “overprotective” of Danielle, 44, given how “hard” she’s been working on her dancing skills.<\/p>\n He added of the actress, “I don\u2019t think she deserved that comment.”<\/p>\n Fortunately, no one was eliminated<\/a> at the end of the night. As co-host Julianne Hough<\/strong><\/a> explained at the time, “<\/em>We couldn’t send anyone home tonight on such a special night.
