Spotify<\/a> has tapped Netflix<\/a> to help bring video podcasts to the streaming giant\u2019s platform. <\/p>\n Teaming up, the two companies have formed a partnership<\/a>, where a selection of podcasts from The Ringer<\/a> \u2014 a network acquired by Spotify in 2020 \u2014 will be available to view on Netflix in early 2026 for U.S. users. <\/p>\n The scope of shows will range from sports to culture to true crime, focusing on complimenting Netflix\u2019s current slate and rake in new audiences, while drawing from The Ringer\u2019s lineup. The two companies have said additional markets outside the U.S. are next. <\/p>\n \u201cThis partnership marks a new chapter for podcasting,\u201d Spotify\u2019s Head of Podcasts Roman Wasenm\u00fcller said in a statement. \u201cTogether with Netflix, we\u2019re expanding discovery, helping creators reach new audiences, and giving fans around the world the chance to experience the stories they love and uncover favorites they never expected.
