Torrey DeVitto<\/strong>, who plays Dr. Natalie Manning<\/strong> on the NBC medical drama show Chicago Med<\/strong>, recently discussed the prospects of her returning to the show after Season 11. DeVitto was a member of the show\u2019s main cast in the first six seasons. She later made guest appearances in Seasons 7 and 8, as well as in the ongoing 11th season. DeVitto also portrayed Natalie in other Chicago franchise shows such as Chicago P.D. and Chicago Fire.<\/p>\n DeVitto expressed interest in returning as Natalie once more on Chicago Med during a new interview with TV Insider<\/a>. She has appeared in Episodes 2 and 3 of Season 11, with the latter reportedly marking her last appearance on the show for now.<\/p>\n \u201cYeah, I mean, I have so much fun on that set, and I do live in Michigan full time now, and so it\u2019s like I would always be open to going back,\u201d the actress said. \u201cIt\u2019s like a home away from home, and having as much fun as I just did, being back now, I would always be open to coming back.\u201d<\/p>\n In Season 11 Episode 3, Natalie, despite being pregnant, wants to donate a kidney to her son Owen. Ultimately, things take a turn for the better. Owen survives, as do his mother and his unborn half-sibling. He also agrees to be adopted by Nick Gehlfuss\u2019 Dr. Will Halstead.<\/p>\n According to DeVitto, the episode\u2019s conclusion for Natalie\u2019s storyline feels like a \u201cbetter closure.\u201d She said, \u201cI feel good about it. I think people are going to feel good about it.\u201d The Pretty Little Liars alum added, \u201cI personally felt like there was a lot of open holes when I left the first time.
