2 CD and Blu-ray formats feature new mixes, versions, demos, and instrumentals<\/h4>\n

New Order announces a series of new and expanded 2 CD and Blu-ray formats across their studio album catalogue to be released on December 5th via Rhino.<\/p>\n

The new formats include 2 CD expanded editions of the first four studio albums \u2014 Movement, Power, Corruption & Lies, Low-Life<\/em>, and Brotherhood<\/em> \u2014 featuring the original album remastered on disc one and bonus content on disc two. This is the first time the remastered versions and bonus tracks have been available on CD, outside of the Definitive Edition box sets, and will also include booklets with liner notes and a selection of photos.<\/p>\n

There will also be new formats in Blu-ray Audio of their albums, Movement, Low-Life,<\/em> and Brotherhood<\/em>. These will feature Dolby Atmos, 5.1 surround sound, 2024 stereo mixes, and instrumentals by Steven Wilson.<\/p>\n

Because the multitrack master tapes for \u201cAs It Is When It Was\u201d and \u201cBroken Promise\u201d have been lost, it has not been possible to create new mixes or an instrumental for them. As a result, these two songs have been upscaled from the 2024 Stereo Remaster to create as close an approximation of the Atmos and DTS-HD 5.1 Surround experience as possible.<\/p>\n
