NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – An interstate matchup featuring one of the nation\u2019s top prospects in the Class of 2026 airs Friday night on the Gulf Coast Sports and Entertainment Network.<\/p>\n

Legacy School of Sport Sciences makes the trip from Spring, Texas, to southeast Louisiana to face St. Charles Catholic. <\/p>\n

Kickoff from Frank Monica Field at Thomas Dupuy Stadium in LaPlace comes just after 7 p.m., with coverage from Crescent City Sports beginning at 6:50. Lenny Vangilder and Wayde Keiser will describe the action.<\/p>\n

The broadcast will also air live on the Gulf Coast Sports & Entertainment Network, the third game in a new partnership<\/a> with Crescent City Sports.<\/p>\n

Legacy quarterback Kaisean Henderson is the No. 2-ranked prospect nationally in the Class of 2026, according to 247 Sports, and the top-ranked dual-threat quarterback in the nation by ESPN. Henderson is committed to the University of Houston.<\/p>\n

The Titans, 3-3, are making their second trip to southeast Louisiana this year. They lost to St. Augustine on Sept. 20.<\/p>\n

Gulf Coast Sports & Entertainment Network teams up with Crescent City Sports to broadcast high school sports<\/b><\/a><\/h3>\n

The Comets are 5-1 and are ranked fourth in the LHSAA\u2019s latest Division II Select power rankings. They bounced back from a last-second 34-28 loss at St. James two weeks ago to take a 31-28 victory on the road over Terrebonne last Friday.<\/p>\n

The teams also met last season, with Legacy winning 34-28 in overtime.<\/p>\n

The Crescent City Sports team is in its 15th season of producing live broadcasts for television and internet, having produced nearly 600 live streams since 2012, and is continuing its extensive commitment to prep sports coverage on its website for 2025-26. <\/p>\n
