Model Thylane Blondeau<\/strong>, who was voted the most beautiful girl in the world when she appeared on the cover of Vogue Enfants<\/em> magazine at age 6, is still turning heads on the runways of Paris Fashion Week nearly 20 years later.<\/p>\n

Now 24, Thylane began her modeling career after an agent for fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier<\/strong> spotted her on the Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es in Paris when she was 3 and offered her a job.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy mum said, \u2018No, she\u2019s not with an agency, she can\u2019t do this,\u2019\u201d Thylane, the daughter of French soccer star Patrick Blondeau<\/strong> and TV presenter V\u00e9ronika Loubry<\/strong>, told The Telegraph<\/em><\/a> in 2018.<\/p>\n

After Gaultier insisted, saying, \u201cShe HAS to be there tomorrow,\u201d her mother relented.<\/p>\n

Soon Thylane was working regularly for top brands including Miu Miu, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Ralph Lauren and Hugo Boss.<\/p>\n

But at age 10, she found herself caught up in controversy after she appeared wearing heavy makeup, a red dress with revealing cutouts, diamond jewelry and stilettos while suggestively posing on a tiger-skin rug in Vogue Enfants<\/em>, according to ABC News<\/em><\/a>. Critics called out what they said was the sexualization of children in the media.<\/p>\n

Though she still models part-time, Thylane has wanted to distance herself from \u201cthe most beautiful\u201d label since she was a teenager, but it continues to stick to her.<\/p>\n

\u201cEven today, people are like, \u2018You are the most beautiful girl,\u2019\u201d she said in 2018. \u201cAnd I\u2019m like, \u2018No, I\u2019m still not, I\u2019m just a human being.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

At the most recent Paris Fashion Week, Thylane, who\u2019s also a beauty entrepreneur, walked in the Miu Miu show while fending off accusations she\u2019s had numerous cosmetic procedures.<\/p>\n

After sharing a screenshot of a comment on social media asking what she has done with her lips, she replied, \u201cTired of these kinds of comments,\u201d per Daily Mail<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou can look at photos of me when I was younger nothing has changed,\u201d she added. \u201cSince I was 10 years old people have been saying I\u2019ve had something done to my face. It\u2019s time to stop with that.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
