Page joined \u201cElizabeth Vargas Reports<\/a>\u201d to discuss his new docuseries, \u201cChange or Die,\u201d which follows five Americans at crossroads in their lives looking for a healthier existence.<\/p>\n

\u201cChange or Die\u201d can be streamed on Tubi and Apple TV and includes former super heavyweight champion Eric \u201cButterbean\u201d Esch.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou get to see them, get hope, and their life start to change,\u201d Page told NewsNation.<\/p>\n

He tells NewsNation the docuseries lives up to its name, with participants facing the possibility of their lives being cut short unless alterations are made to their habits and lifestyle.<\/p>\n

\u201cI believe it\u2019s all about the story you tell yourself. You know, if you say you can or you say you can\u2019t, you\u2019re right. So if you\u2019ve got to say \u2018I can\u2019t,\u2019 say \u2018I can\u2019t do it yet.\u2019 But [it\u2019s about] the story you tell yourself. So many people have lost hope,\u201d Page said.<\/p>\n

\u201cLife\u2019s 10% what happens to you and 90% of how you react to it,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
