I don\u2019t think it ever occurred to him.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">It&#8217;s going to be another worry for Georgie, who is dealing with a lot in these upcoming episodes. He purchased the auto garage from Jim, and apparently, he will <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/entertainment\/tv\/articles\/georgie-mandys-latest-look-season-155702445.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:get into a fight;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link  yahoo-link\">get into a fight<\/a> in the early episodes as well. He&#8217;s also dealing with <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/entertainment\/articles\/georgie-mandys-first-marriages-ep-162238589.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:Mandy working with her old boyfriend;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link  yahoo-link\">Mandy working with her old boyfriend<\/a>, which is sure to cause further tension in their relationship this season.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><em>Georgie &amp; Mandy&#8217;s First Marriage<\/em> will now add drama with his mother on top of that, as Georgie feels a certain way about Mary dating after George Sr.&#8217;s death. Steve Holland continued explaining his mindset on it all, and why it&#8217;s such a big deal:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"mb-4 border-l-2 pl-5 italic text-tertiary\">\n<div class=\"\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">I think for him it feels like it\u2019s too soon. It\u2019s been more than a year since their dad passed away. And I think for Georgie, it didn\u2019t occur to him that there might be a world where his mom would ever date again, and the thought really throws him.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Georgie is free to think what he wants, but he had better be respectful of his mother&#8217;s wishes. I hope we see some of Mary&#8217;s dating exploits, and we also get to see more of Mandy&#8217;s brother <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/entertainment\/articles\/georgie-mandys-first-marriage-just-021635649.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:Connor navigate his own relationship;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link  yahoo-link\">Connor navigate his own relationship<\/a>, which we saw develop in Season 1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Of course, I remain invested in the storyline of when Georgie and Mandy will actually split up, and if that&#8217;s going to happen by the end of Season 2. <em>Georgie &amp; Mandy&#8217;s First Marriage<\/em> actors claim <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/entertainment\/tv\/articles\/georgie-mandy-gears-season-2-165806820.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:they don't know when it's happening;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link  yahoo-link\">they don&#8217;t know when it&#8217;s happening<\/a>, which still shocks me. If I were working on the set of that show, I&#8217;d be asking each episode, but it seems like the cast wants to be surprised as to when it might actually happen. If that&#8217;s the case, hopefully, cameras are rolling behind the scenes when they find out.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Catch the premiere of <em>Georgie &amp; Mandy&#8217;s First Marriage<\/em> Season 2 on CBS on Thursday, October 16th at 8:00 p.m. ET.
