They broke up into teams, and they had to crawl through underground tunnels. Just watching it felt claustrophobic, and the extra-tight space made Gia crack.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m gonna have a panic attack,\u201d the Next Gen NYC<\/span> star said. \u201cCan I take off this helmet?
