hospitalized.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cALS is a nasty disease,\u201d Dane, who announced he was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) in April, told the\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" Diane Sawyer on Good Morning America.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI thought maybe I had been texting too much or my hand was fatigued.
