Disney has announced it will fully incorporate the Hulu app into a single, unified Disney + app by next year, phasing out the standalone Hulu app.<\/p>\n
While the separate app will disappear, the \u201cHulu\u201d brand will continue to exist as \u201cHulu on Disney+\u201d as a way to accommodate its general entertainment and adult-oriented content. <\/p>\n
That translates into meaning users will still be able to access their existing subscriptions and content through the updated Disney+ app.<\/p>\n
The Disney announcement also comes with a price increase for the streaming services and the upcoming premiere of the new true-crime miniseries, \u201cMurdaugh: Death in the Family.\u201d<\/p>\n
Note that Hulu\u2019s original content will not disappear; it will be fully integrated into the Disney + app by 2026.<\/p>\n
