Brown for Page Six<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>He added, \u201cI do not believe this constitutes spousal support, but a property right to half of the jointly-earned OnlyFans business income.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Phypers claimed that the \u201cWild Things\u201d actress, 54, makes between $200 and $300,000 per month on the subscription-based site, which Richards began <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/06\/23\/denise-richards-joins-onlyfans-after-daughter-sami-sheens-debut\/\">creating content for<\/a> in 2022. <\/p>\n<p>In his declaration, the actor also claimed he\u2019s \u201cabout to be evicted\u201d and that he\u2019s \u201cout of money and financially desparate [sic],\u201d having fallen behind on rent and other utilities.<\/p>\n<p>Reps for Richards and Phypers did not immediately return Page Six\u2019s requests for comment.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Phypers claimed in docs that the OnlyFans model cut him off from their joint income. <span class=\"credit\">LionsShareNews \/ BACKGRID<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Phypers also claimed that he holds \u201cthe intellectual property rights\u201d to the photos, which he says he took.  <span class=\"credit\">deniserichards\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In testimony earlier in October, Richards <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/10\/07\/celebrity-news\/denise-richards-accuses-ex-aaron-phypers-of-crushing-her-head-in-harrowing-abuse-testimony\/\">alleged that Phypers became violent <\/a>during her recovery from a cosmetic procedure in May. <\/p>\n<p>Per People, the \u201cReal Housewives of Beverly Hills\u201d personality also testified that an alleged encounter resulted in\u00a0\u201cat least three concussions.\u201d She also claimed that she wound up with a black eye after an incident in January 2022.<\/p>\n<p>According to Us Weekly, Phypers took the stand to <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/10\/09\/celebrity-news\/aaron-phypers-dismisses-denise-richards-physical-abuse-allegations-she-bruises-easily\/\">refute her claims<\/a>, telling his attorney during testimony that \u201cyes,\u201d it\u2019s safe to say that the reality TV star \u201cbruises easily.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe would bruise her arms, all sorts of stuff.
