BLOODBOUND<\/strong> have released a brand new single!<\/p>\n The new track, As Empires Fall<\/strong>, is the second single to be lifted from the Swedish power metal band\u2019s upcoming album, Field Of Swords<\/strong><\/a>, which is scheduled to be released on November 21st via Napalm<\/strong> Records<\/strong>. The single is accompanied by an official music video.<\/p>\n Speaking about the new song, keyboardist Fredrik Bergh<\/strong> says, \u201cthis song originally came from Patrik<\/strong> Selleby<\/strong>. He had most of the song written except for the chorus. I had a bombastic chorus in the same tempo, and when we added that, it was a great fit. Patrik<\/strong> sings like a god on this one and the band is firing on all cylinders. One of my favourite tracks on the album.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Guitarist Tomas<\/strong> Olsson<\/strong> adds, \u201cAs Empires Fall<\/strong>\u00a0is telling the story about how the Crusades started when the Byzantine Empire called for aid because of the growing threat in the east.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Watch the official music video for As Empires Fall here:<\/strong><\/p>\n
