Brooke Williamson<\/strong> is explaining the origin of that new diamond ring amid her romance with Bobby Flay.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Days after Flay, 60, shared a photo via Instagram of Williamson, 47, with her hand in her pocket and a diamond ring visible, she told People<\/em><\/a> that \u201cthere\u2019s not a huge story behind\u201d the jewelry.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s a very generous, wonderful, romantic man and it was a really thoughtful gift and that\u2019s what it is,\u201d she told the outlet at the New York City Wine and Food Festival on Saturday, October 18.<\/p>\n

While enjoying a public date night<\/a> on Saturday, Flay and Williamson were all smiles as they hit the dance floor. In a video shared by the official New York City Wine and Food Festival Instagram account, Flay was seen twirling Williamson around as a crowd gathered around them.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em> confirmed in March that Flay and Williamson are dating<\/a> after the pair sparked romance speculation after attending the L.A. No Kid Hungry Dinner earlier that month. In June, Flay shed insight into their relationship.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, first of all, I\u2019ve been friends with Brooke forever,\u201d Flay told People<\/em> at the time. \u201cI mean, she and I have been friends for a long time and so we shot this show before we started actually officially dating. So it has always kind of been the same for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Flay and Williamson appeared on a season of BBQ Brawl<\/em>, where they served as a team captain and judge, respectively. The twosome previously collaborated on Bobby\u2019s Triple Threat<\/em> and Williamson was a competitor on Beat Bobby Flay.<\/em><\/p>\n

Despite their commonality with cooking, Flay shared that he and Williamson connected on a deeper level.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cI love working with Brooke,\u201d he said. \u201cWe have a lot in common. We\u2019re very lucky. We\u2019re both chefs. We both have kids. We\u2019re both parents.\u201d<\/p>\n
