\u201cTo my dear fans in Chicago,\u201d she wrote in a statement posted to her Instagram.<\/b><\/a> \u201cThank you all for the overwhelming love, support, and \u2014 most importantly \u2014 your prayers. I sincerely apologize for the abrupt end to last night\u2019s performance in Chicago. After weeks of nonstop rehearsals, last night I experienced dehydration and feelings of wanting to faint, everyone involved agreed that prioritizing my well-being was of the utmost importance. <\/p>\n \u201cI still made the decision to try and return and give it my all despite not feeling OK, with having to make some adjustments and the show being very technical, unfortunately, it was impossible to fully connect sonically with the production. I really appreciate everyone\u2019s best efforts.\u201d<\/p>\n Brandy was taking part in Monica\u2019s \u201cThe Boy Is Mine Tour,\u201d when the incident occurred. Deadline reported that fans were left confused as Brandy walked off the stage early in the show leaving Monica to finish the concert by herself. <\/p>\n \u201cGive me one second y\u2019all I gotta get me \u2026\u201d she said in a video before going backstage and never returning. <\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m deeply grateful to my sister, Monica, for stepping up with such grace and professionalism and the entire crew for their continued care and support,\u201d she wrote in her statement. \u201cI went from the arena to see a doctor nearby and have taken the proper precautions to help moving forward.
