Mark Ruffalo<\/a><\/strong> recently recalled the time when he saved Woody Harrelson<\/strong> from a potential bar fight. The 57-year-old made the revelation on the \u201cWhere Everybody Knows Your Name\u201d podcast. Notably, Ruffalo and Harrelson have worked together on the 2013 movie Now You See Me, and the incident took place while they were filming for the same.<\/p>\n Mark Ruffalo recently recollected the time he pulled his Now You See Me co-star, Woody Harrelson, out of a bar fight. The actor reunited with his fellow Horsemen on the \u201cWhere Everybody Knows Your Name\u201d podcast to narrate the memorable incident.<\/p>\n Ruffalo revealed, \u201cWe were shooting Now You See Me in New Orleans, completely on the streets. Totally wild.\u201d He continued, \u201cCapturing stuff on a long lens, getting dragged into bars during the middle of a scene, like in the middle of Mardi Gras.\u201d<\/p>\n He was describing the scene to co-host Ted Danson, who listened to Ruffalo\u2019s narration attentively. The actors were out one night when a woman came up to Harrelson and said, \u201cOh my God. I love you so much.\u201d The Task star recounted that the 64-year-old put his hand on the woman\u2019s arm and said, \u201cThank you. Thank you, darling.\u201d<\/p>\n Ruffalo then raised his pitch slightly to narrate the next set of events that occurred. He exclaimed, \u201cThis guy comes over, pushes her out of the way, and shoves Woody.\u201d Harrelson chimed in, saying he remembered the incident.<\/p>\n Continuing his story, Ruffalo narrated, \u201cWoody\u2019s first response is not shoving someone back, but immediately punching them in the face.\u201d He justified his co-star\u2019s reaction to the scuffle, noting, \u201cWhich is the right thing to do, by the way. It\u2019s absolutely the right thing to do.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cBut then a whole melee broke out in this bar,\u201d Ruffalo revealed, dramatically raising both his hands. He recounted being in the middle of the scuffle, which was quickly escalating into a potentially dangerous situation.<\/p>\n Ruffalo stated, \u201cAnd I grabbed you. I pulled you out because I was like, this could be fun, but it also could go disastrously wrong.\u201d \u201cBecause you and I might be able to handle ourselves, but the rest of the folks we were with, I don\u2019t think so,\u201d he recounted with a laugh.<\/p>\n The trio laughed collectively, reminiscing about the past incident.
