On Oct. 24, 2026, Sick New World Fest will transform the Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth<\/a> into a mosher\u2019s paradise. The inaugural Texas stop for the festival brings an absolutely stacked lineup that feels pulled straight from a 2002 time capsule, and we mean that as the highest compliment. The fest is headlined by nu-metal gods System of a Down and Deftones, alongside the legendary thrash titans Slayer, who will be performing their iconic album Reign in Blood<\/em> in its entirety.<\/p>\n

If that\u2019s not enough to make you dust off your old chain wallet, the undercard is a dream for anyone who ever owned a 97.1 The Eagle sticker. Evanescence will be there to bring you to life, flanked by industrial pioneers Ministry, goth-punk heroes AFI and the one and highly controversial Marilyn Manson.<\/p>\n

The lineup continues its relentless assault with The Prodigy, Clutch, Knocked Loose, Mastodon and a highly anticipated hometown set from Power Trip<\/a>. It seems they\u2019ve pushed aside the toxicity and are ready to change things up.<\/p>\n

Prepare for a full day of controlled chaos, blistering guitar solos and a collective scream-along that will likely be heard from space. Call it a pilgrimage for generations of rock and metal fans who grew up with these bands as their soundtrack.<\/p>\n
