After Adam Driver<\/a>‘s shocking Star Wars bombshell about The Hunt<\/a> for Ben Solo<\/a>, fans are demanding that Disney resurrect the project. Driver<\/a> revealed that he and director Steven Soderbergh<\/a> spent two years working on a movie that would have revived Ben Solo after The Rise of Skywalker’s ending. Soderbergh and Rebecca Blunt<\/a> outlined the story and Scott Z. Burns<\/a> wrote the script.<\/p>\n

Lucasfilm<\/a> president Kathleen Kennedy<\/a>, vice president Carrie Beck<\/a>, and chief creative officer Dave Filoni<\/a> “loved the idea”, but the project was scrapped after being presented to Disney CEO Bob Iger<\/a> and co-chairman Alan Bergman<\/a>, who “didn’t see how Ben Solo was alive.”<\/p>\n
