This week, the mom of three has been splitting her time between Los Angeles and Utah, but she handles it like a pro, she tells PEOPLE.<\/p>\n

The reality star is at her best when she’s balancing her busy workload with all things family, which was exactly her approach to a particularly wild week. Now, she’s ready to get back to the dancefloor and pursue her dream.<\/p>\n

Jen went into Dedication Night with a special boost, courtesy of husband Zac Affleck, who collected stories from fans and friends of how Jen has inspired them and decorated her trailer with them ahead of her performance.<\/p>\n

“Zac surprised me by decorating my trailer with hundreds of words of encouragement from social media. Knowing that what I\u2019m doing is impacting people from so many corners is mind-blowing,” she writes of the moment she saw the surprise.<\/p>\n

“We split our time between L.A. and Utah this week because while I\u2019m doing DWTS, I\u2019m still filming The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.”<\/p>\n

“Back at it in L.A. with Jan,” she says of a rehearsal photo. “He\u2019s the best and makes me look and feel like I know what I\u2019m doing out there every week!”<\/p>\n
