Kim Kardashian<\/strong> is expanding her empire.<\/p>\n

Star<\/em> can confirm that the billionaire<\/a>, 45, purchased her neighbor\u2019s house in Hidden Hills, California, for $7.1 million \u2014 $850,000 over the asking price \u2014 on Wednesday, October 15.<\/p>\n

The four bedroom, five bath home is situated on 1.4 acres right next to the mansion the SKIMS founder bought while wed to Kanye West<\/strong><\/a> in 2014 \u2014\u00a0which is currently under renovation, TMZ<\/em><\/a> reports.<\/p>\n

The reality star also owns three properties behind her, and the outlet notes that she plans to \u201cexpand\u201d her compound.<\/p>\n

The main house is famous for its minimalist<\/a>, neutral interior, which she told People<\/em><\/a> last year was her \u201csanctuary<\/a> of calm.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also made it clear she would never leave. \u201cThe best memories I have growing up are in our family home, and I always want to create those memories and safe space for my kids,\u201d Kardashian explained to People<\/em>. \u201cSo, I can\u2019t ever imagine moving.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
