A new\u00a0all-you-can-eat Asian buffet<\/a>\u00a0is coming soon to 19 N. Navy Blvd., called\u00a0100 Buffet Pensacola<\/a>, with plans to offer West Pensacola a variety of fresh Asian dishes.<\/p>\n

\u201cFrom classic Asian dishes to fresh seafood and sushi, 100 Buffet<\/a> is the spot to pile your plate high and keep coming back for more,\u201d\u00a0100 Buffet shared in a social media post on their business profile.<\/p>\n

The buffet will replace the former\u00a0Egg N Eggs<\/a>\u00a0breakfast restaurant, converted from a former IHOP, which has since closed. 100 Buffet comes to the community shortly after\u00a0Pensacola’s Asia Buffet<\/a>\u00a0opened in West Pensacola in August at 4238 W. Fairfield Drive.<\/p>\n\n

Blue Angels not ‘allowed to participate’ in air shows during US government shutdown<\/h2>\n

As the\u00a0U.S. government shutdown<\/a>\u00a0continues, the\u00a0U.S. Navy Blue Angels<\/a>\u00a0demonstration team will not fly their upcoming air shows due to the lapse in funding.<\/p>\n

The Blues Angels<\/a> were scheduled to fly in the California International Airshow in Salinas, California, Oct. 4 and 5, but according to the showrunners, the team will not be allowed to fly.<\/p>\n\n

Taco Rock 29 owner says car dealer harassment over FPL property disrupting business<\/h2>\n

Mainor Diaz has been serving tacos, nachos and other Mexican dishes from his\u00a0restaurant Taco Rock 29<\/a>\u00a0on Highway 29 in\u00a0Pensacola\u2019s Car City<\/a>\u00a0for more than 30 years.<\/p>\n

He says there\u2019s nothing he enjoys more than feeding the community he has called home for so long and the family-run restaurant makes it a priority to keep customers\u00a0coming back for the food<\/a>\u00a0and friendly faces.<\/p>\n

“We’re just here to make tacos and make you happy,” said chef and family member Odette Ramirez. “I tell my customers if you come to Taco Rock depressed you will not leave depressed, because we love them.”<\/p>\n

A growing feud with his new neighbors renting the property next door, however, has put that happiness in jeopardy.<\/p>\n\n

Two students with vapes pass out at Washington High, test positive for methamphetamine<\/h2>\n

Two students at\u00a0Washington High School<\/a>\u00a0were hospitalized after vaping on campus and testing positive for\u00a0methamphetamine<\/a>, according to police.<\/p>\n

Pensacola Police Department spokesperson Mike Wood confirmed that one student on Monday began acting strangely at school. The student was transported to the hospital after becoming \u201cunresponsive.\u201d On Tuesday, a second student exhibited the same strange behavior and also became unresponsive and was taken to the hospital.<\/p>\n

Both students had vape pens with them. \u00a0<\/p>\n

As of Friday, police were not yet able to interview the students due to their medical conditions.<\/p>\n\n
